NOTIFICATION PURSUANT TO LAW NO. 6698 ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

This "Clarification Text" is presented by CEVGO RECYCLING AUTOMATION SYSTEMS INDUSTRY AND TRADE INC. (“Company”) in its capacity as "Data Controller" within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), to inform you about the purposes of processing your personal data, to whom and for what purpose it can be transferred, the methods and legal reasons for collecting your personal data, and your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK.

This Clarification Text has been prepared within the framework of the “Obligation to Inform” regulated in Article 10 of the KVKK. Prepared in accordance with the Law, this text is made available to all natural persons whose personal data are processed.

Scope and Purpose of the Clarification Text:

A. Methods and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data

The Company collects personal data through the person himself/herself, call centers, social media applications, CCTV, website, cookies, and other communication channels, audibly, electronically, or in writing, in accordance with the data processing conditions specified in the KVKK and for the legal grounds mentioned in this text.

D. To Whom and for What Purposes Personal Data Can Be Transferred

Personal data may be transferred to Financial Advisors, Lawyers, Banks, Public Procurement Authority, real persons or private law legal entities, Business Partners, Affiliates and Subsidiaries, Authorized Public Institutions and Organizations, Suppliers, and Dealers for the purpose of carrying out activities in accordance with the legislation, fulfilling legal responsibilities, making salary payments, and auditing business activities.

These personal data are not shared with third parties resident abroad.

E. Sharing with Public Institutions and Official Authorities

*Your personal data are not transferred abroad.

F. Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

• (1) Learn whether your personal data are processed,
• (2) Request information if your personal data have been processed,
• (3) Learn the purpose of data processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• (4) Know the third parties to whom data are transferred domestically or abroad,
• (5) Request correction if data are processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• (6) Request erasure or destruction of data under Article 7 of the KVKK,
• (7) Request notification of the correction or erasure to third parties,
• (8) Object to an adverse result arising from exclusive analysis by automated systems,
• (9) Request compensation for damages due to unlawful processing.

The Company may make changes to this Clarification Text at any time. These changes become effective immediately upon the publication of the revised text.
